Game Description
StoreSim is a cozy 3D marketplace game where players can build their dream shop or explore a lively neighborhood as a customer. Store owners design their space, create a catalog, serve customers, and grow their business, while visitors browse themed stores, inspect products, shop, and socialize.
Gameplay Mechanics
Players begin by creating a custom avatar and choosing between two roles:
- Store owners place, rotate, recolor, and connect furniture and decorations inside a customizable shop.
- Owners add products or services, upload custom 3D models, open their store, and complete customer orders before patience runs out.
- Visitors explore the market using WASD or arrow keys, rotate and zoom the camera, enter stores, inspect products, and make purchases.
- Players earn and spend coins, interact with the marketplace, and communicate through market chat.
- An optional MetaMask connection on the Base network saves the player’s avatar, role, profile, and store.

What Makes StoreSim Stand Out?
StoreSim combines a cozy social game with an accessible 3D creation platform. Instead of selecting only from preset shop designs, players can import their own models and turn almost any creative idea into a store, product, or display.
Its owner-and-visitor structure also gives creations a purpose: one player builds a space while another explores and shops inside it. This makes StoreSim feel like a playable marketplace for creativity rather than a traditional business-management simulator.

How AI Was Integrated Into Development
AI assisted with planning gameplay systems, generating and refining React and Three.js code, troubleshooting technical issues, designing interface flows, and rapidly iterating on store-building and marketplace features. It also helped develop product concepts, store themes, descriptions, and other game content. The final 3D experience was assembled and customized in code, with procedural and uploaded assets integrated into the game’s visual system.
