Gameplay Mechanics
Players pilot a rocket through a side-scrolling track that follows a four-section music structure (Intro → Build-up → Drop → Outro). Hold the Boost button to thrust upward, hold Dive to drop quickly, and weave through jagged rock gates while collecting crypto tokens (BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, ABS). Hitting solid gates ends the run; danger gates only deduct score. Survive the full track to reach the moon and post a high salvage score.
Key Features
Dual controls (Boost + Dive) for precise height control
Music-synced difficulty that tightens as the beat drops
Collectible crypto tokens with different values
Local Top 10 leaderboard with pilot callsigns
Procedural synth audio that changes intensity per section
Clean one-run arcade loop — no levels, just pure skill
What makes your game stand out from others in its genre?
Moon Rush turns the classic one-button flyer into a dual-control skill run set inside a live “crypto chart.” The music structure literally drives the difficulty, and the scoring is framed as stacking real token value. It feels like riding a candlestick chart instead of a normal obstacle course.
AI Tools Used
Claude, MindAI, Grok, Cursor
MindAI handled the majority of the code generation and iteration (physics, collision, procedural audio, UI, and leaderboard logic). It also helped design the four-section difficulty curve and refine the dual-control feel. All visual assets are code-drawn; no external image generators were used.
