Description
In Bank or Plank, you’re a pirate captain moving your ship around a 24-tile board on a candlelit tavern table. Roll the dice, land on Bounty Isles for gold, multiply your earnings at the Wager Den, draw Sabotage Cards from Dead Man’s Chests, and steal from rivals you pass through. The catch: gold in your hold can be taken at any moment, and you have to bank it all at the Vault to win. Every tile you hit can mean fortune or peril. Miss your window, walk the plank.

What Makes It Stand Out?
Bank or Plank’s simple roll-and-move core pairs with genuine tactical depth. Anyone learns it instantly, but ship building, sabotage timing, and the Dice Wish mechanic influence how sessions unfold.
Every game feels unique because there’s no “perfect” strategy. Success comes down to how you react on the fly to the unpredictable, cutthroat choices of the other pirates in the lagoon.
How AI Is Used
Perplexity was used to generate the initial game design document, establishing core mechanics and conceptual framework. Verse8 handled full development and procedural generation, eliminating the need for external 3D assets or textures. Suno was used to compose the music.
